Athlete records
Every athlete in one roster — club, rank and clearance status at a glance. Search by name or membership number, and open a full record without leaving the list.

Frequently asked questions
How does BigLeagueX handle belt promotions?
Every promotion test and result is logged against the athlete's record, so their current rank — and the history behind it — travels with them if they move programs.
How does weight certification work for tournaments?
Weigh-ins are logged before the event and tied to the athlete's entry, so an event director can confirm weight class before the bracket is set.
Can our program keep its own roster inside a shared instance?
Yes. Your training center or club is its own organization inside the taekwondo instance — your roster, your access, your data — while still sharing verified records with the governing body and sanctioned events.
Does this replace our current sanctioning process?
No. BigLeagueX tracks entries, clearances and results for sanctioned events; it doesn't replace a sanctioning body's authority over those events.
Is athlete medical and insurance data secure?
Yes. Clearance records are access-controlled and encrypted, with an audit trail for who viewed or changed them.
