What these terms cover
These terms govern your use of this website, bigleaguex.com, and nothing else.
They are not the agreement under which a sports organization uses the BigLeagueX platform. That is a separate contract, and nothing on this website forms part of it.
This website is operated by Outsource Management Inc., 1595 Peachtree Parkway Ste 324, Cumming, GA 30041. "We" and "us" mean that entity. "You" means whoever is using the site.
By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use it.
What is on this website is information, not a commitment
This site describes what the BigLeagueX platform does, including figures about its capabilities, availability and how quickly an organization can be set up. Those descriptions are provided for information and are not promises, offers or warranties. What we actually commit to is set out in the agreement a customer signs, and if this website and that agreement ever disagree, the agreement is what counts.
We try to keep this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors or that it will always be available.
Requesting a demo
Submitting the demo-request form is a request to talk to us. It does not create a contract, oblige us to provide anything, or entitle you to access the platform. What we do with the details you send is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Give us accurate information, and do not submit someone else's details as your own.
Acceptable use
Do not use this website to break the law or infringe anyone's rights, to submit automated or fraudulent form entries, to upload or transmit malicious code, to attempt to gain access to any part of our systems you have not been given access to, or to disrupt the site for other people. Do not scrape or copy the site wholesale, and do not use it to build a competing product.
Intellectual property
The content of this website, including its text, design, artwork and the BigLeagueX name and marks, belongs to us or to our licensors. You may read, share and link to these pages. You may not reproduce or republish them for commercial purposes without our permission.

Where this site links somewhere else, we do not control that destination and are not responsible for it.
