What this policy covers
This policy covers this website, bigleaguex.com, and nothing else.
It does not cover the BigLeagueX platform, the system a sports organization uses to hold participant records, run competitions and publish profiles. If you are an athlete, a parent, a coach or an official asking about a record held about you or your child, that record belongs to the organization that entered it, and that organization is the right place to ask. Their privacy notice, not this one, governs it.
BigLeagueX is operated by Outsource Management Inc., 1595 Peachtree Parkway Ste 324, Cumming, GA 30041. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean that entity, and "you" means whoever is reading.
What we collect
If you submit the demo-request form, we collect the fields you fill in: your name, your email address, the sport you select, your organization's name, the size band you select, and anything you type in the optional message box.
To stop automated submissions, the form uses a third-party bot-protection service. Your IP address is sent to that provider as part of the check. If a submission is caught by our spam trap, we record the IP address in our server log.
That is everything. There is no account to create on this website and nothing else to fill in.
What we do not collect
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking scripts of any kind. This site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. Our web fonts are served from our own servers rather than fetched from a third party as you browse, so loading a page here does not tell anyone else that you did.
If you do not submit the form, browsing this website leaves us nothing about you beyond the request logs any web server keeps.
Why we collect it
To reply to your demo request and to talk to you about BigLeagueX. We do not use it for anything else.
Who it is shared with
A demo request is stored in our customer relationship management system so that we can respond to it. Our bot-protection provider receives your IP address for the check described above. Our hosting provider processes traffic as part of serving the site.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep a demo request for as long as we need it to respond to you and to keep a record of our correspondence, and we delete it when it is no longer needed for either. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Children
This website is a business-to-business site aimed at people who run sports organizations. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them through it. If you believe a child has submitted the form, write to us and we will delete it.
Security
Traffic to this site is encrypted in transit, and demo requests are held in systems with access restricted to the people who need them.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us for a copy of the information described above, to correct it, to delete it, or to object to the way we use it. We will not treat you differently for asking.
To make a request, write to us using the details below. We may need to check who you are before we act on it.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
