What a pickleball league tracks
Ratings, divisions and court time, in one system.
Members and ratings
Every member and their current skill rating, searchable by club, division or level.
Skill and age divisions
Skill levels and age brackets as first-class structure, so a player who moves up carries their record with them.
Doubles partners
Partner pairings recorded per event, so a partner change does not break either player's history.
Waivers and dues
Waivers, membership status and dues tracked per member, current rather than remembered.
Court scheduling
Courts and time slots assigned once and published to every club and player.
Round robins and brackets
Pool play and brackets tracked the same way, from entry to final.
Results and standings
Standings updated as scores are reported, live to players.
Roles and access
Access scoped to league, club or tournament director.
What running a pickleball season looks like
Three screens a club actually lives in.
Round robins, brackets and every court at once
Seed from skill ratings, run the round robin, and let the bracket build from it. Twelve courts turning over every twenty minutes is a scheduling problem worth solving properly.
Doubles partners are held on the record, so a pairing's rating is the pairing's rather than an average someone worked out afterwards.

A public page for every club, player and event
Every club gets a page worth linking to — membership, ratings and event results — and so does every player and every event you run.
Ratings move as results are recorded, so the public page is the club's own record rather than a leaderboard kept somewhere else.

Records, clearances and the report that proves it
One record per player, carrying membership, medical and waiver alongside rating history and court time.
Clearance is visible before an entry is accepted, and the club-wide view shows how many are clear, how many lapse this month, and where the gaps are.

Frequently asked questions
Can it handle skill ratings and age brackets at the same time?
Yes. Rating levels and age brackets are separate structures on the same record, so a 4.0 player in a 50-plus bracket is entered once, not twice.
Does it support round robin and bracket play?
Yes. Pool play and single or double elimination brackets are tracked the same way, so an event that starts as a round robin and finishes as a bracket stays on one record.
How are doubles partners handled?
Partners are recorded per event rather than per player, so a player can enter with a different partner each time without splitting their history.
Can we manage court time across multiple sites?
Yes. Courts, sites and time slots are scheduled centrally and published to every club, so open play and league play do not collide.
Can our club keep its own members inside a shared platform?
Yes. Your club is its own organization inside the pickleball platform — your members, your access, your data — while still sharing verified records with the league and sanctioned events.
