Do you handle men's and women's lacrosse separately?

Yes, and that matters more here than in most sports — different rules, different equipment requirements and different officiating certifications. They are separate competitions with separate divisions and standings, sharing only the player record underneath.

What about box lacrosse?

Box is handled as its own competition alongside field, so a player who plays both has one record with both seasons on it rather than two records that have to be reconciled.

Our players are on a school team and a club team. Which one owns the record?

Neither, and that is the point. The player owns the record; the school program and the club are each organizations inside the lacrosse platform with their own access to it. A college coach looking at that player sees one history, not two partial ones.

Can you track helmet and stick certification?

Yes. Certification status is recorded against the player and the standard your governing body requires, with expiry, so an equipment check before a game is a lookup rather than a conversation.

How do you handle a tournament weekend across multiple fields?

Pool play and brackets are scheduled against fields and time slots together, so a director can see every game running at once and publish results as they come in.

Is player and youth data secure?

Yes. Member records are access-controlled and encrypted, with an audit trail for who viewed or changed them.
