Yes. Birth-year divisions and competitive tiers are separate structures on the same record, so a player in a 12U AA team is entered once rather than twice.

Can it lock a certified roster for the season?

Yes. Rosters are certified per season and locked, and every change afterwards keeps a full history of who changed what and when.

Does a suspension follow a player between teams?

Yes. Discipline is recorded against the player, not the team, so a suspension carried into a new team or a tournament is visible before they are rostered.

Can we schedule ice across several rinks?

Yes. Rinks and time slots are scheduled centrally and published to every association, so practices and games do not collide.
