Who it's for

From a single program to a multi-division league.

One system

Built for how football actually runs

Age and weight divisions, certification and issued equipment share one set of records, so a weigh-in result is not a note on a clipboard.

What a football program tracks

Divisions, certification and equipment, in one system.

Players and rosters

Every player and coach on the roster, current and searchable by program or division.

Age and weight divisions

Age and weight limits as first-class structure, so a player is placed from their record rather than from memory.

Certification and weigh-ins

Weigh-in results and certification recorded per player and per season, with the full history behind every status.

Medical clearance

Medical clearance, including return-to-play after an injury, visible before a player takes the field.

Issued equipment

Helmets and pads issued against a player, with reconditioning dates and returns tracked.

Game scheduling

Fields and game times built once and published to every program.

Standings and results

Standings and results updated as games are reported.

Reporting

League-wide reporting without compiling spreadsheets by hand.

Roles and access

Access scoped to league, program or tournament director.

What running a football season looks like

Three screens a league actually lives in.

Brackets held by age and by weight at once

A division here is two limits, not one, and the draw has to respect both. Seed from the season, generate the bracket, and assign games to fields and kick-off times in a single pass.

Certified weights travel with the player, so a bracket cannot be built around someone who has not made weight.

A public page for every club, player and tournament

Every club gets a page worth linking to — roster, record, results and the games ahead — and so does every player and every tournament you run.

It is the record the league already administers, published. Nothing is retyped for the public side.

Records, clearances and the report that proves it

One record per player, carrying weight certification alongside medical and insurance. Clearance and certified weight are both visible before a roster is submitted.

The league-wide view answers the question a board actually asks: how many are clear, how many lapse this month, and which clubs are behind.

Frequently asked questions

Does it handle weight limits as well as age divisions?

Yes. Age and weight limits are separate structures on the same record, so a player who is age-eligible but over the weight limit for a division is flagged from the record rather than at the weigh-in table.

Are weigh-in results kept season to season?

Yes. Each weigh-in is recorded against the player and the season, so certification history is available rather than reconstructed.

Can we track issued helmets and pads?

Yes. Equipment is issued against a player, with reconditioning dates and returns on the same record, so nothing goes missing between seasons.

Does it track return-to-play clearance after an injury?

Yes. Medical clearance is a status on the player's record with a full history, and it is visible before they are listed to play.

Can our program keep its own roster inside a shared platform?

Yes. Your program is its own organization inside the football platform — your roster, your access, your data — while still sharing verified records with the league and sanctioned events.
