Frequently asked questions
How does BigLeagueX handle player ratings?
Ratings are maintained from recorded match results rather than entered by hand, so a player's division placement traces back to games they actually played. Your organization sets the rating method and the division cutoffs — we hold the record and do the arithmetic.
Do you support singles, doubles and blind draw?
Yes. Singles, set doubles and blind-draw partners all score into the same standings, and a set doubles team carries its own record alongside each player's.
Can a venue run its own weekly league inside a shared platform?
Yes. Your venue or league is its own organization inside the cornhole platform — your roster, your access, your data — while still sharing verified ratings and results with the wider organization and its sanctioned events.
How are boards assigned during an event?
Matches are assigned to numbered boards as rounds are generated, so a director can see what is playing where and players can be called to a board rather than found by shouting.
Does this replace our sanctioning body?
No. BigLeagueX tracks memberships, entries, ratings and results for sanctioned events; it doesn't replace a sanctioning body's authority over those events or its own rating system.
Is player data secure?
Yes. Member records are access-controlled and encrypted, with an audit trail for who viewed or changed them.
