Who it's for

From a single room, dojo or gym to a state or national governing body.

One record, every discipline

Built for how combat sports actually run

Wrestling, judo, karate, taekwondo, boxing, MMA and jiu-jitsu share a shape: make weight, prove you are cleared, compete in a bracket, carry the result. One system holds all of it, with each discipline's own divisions and rank system intact.

  • Competitors, weight class and age division
  • Weigh-in and weight certification
  • Rank, grade and promotion history
  • Bout results and season record

Governing bodies

  • One platform across every member program

What a combat sports program tracks

From weigh-in to bout record, in one system.

Competitors and coaches

Every competitor and coach in one roster, with weight class, age division, club and season history.

Weigh-ins and weight certification

Weigh-ins logged and verified against the entry before a competitor steps on the mat — day-before or same-day, whichever the event runs.

Rank and promotion history

Each discipline's own system, not a shared approximation: kyu and dan for judo and karate, poom and dan for taekwondo, belt and stripes for jiu-jitsu, and class or amateur-professional standing where a sport has no grade.

Medical clearance and suspensions

Clearance current and visible before competition, including a mandatory rest period after a stoppage or knockout — so a competitor who is suspended cannot be entered.

Divisions and brackets

Entries seeded into the divisions each discipline actually uses — weight and age throughout, plus kata and kumite, gi and no-gi, folkstyle, freestyle and Greco-Roman.

Bout record and results

Every bout and match result on file, building a record that stands up to a recruiter, a selector or a sanctioning body.

Reporting

Program-wide reporting without compiling spreadsheets by hand.

Roles and access

Access scoped to governing body, training center or tournament director.

Real records, real events

What running a combat sports program looks like in BigLeagueX.

Weigh-ins, brackets and every mat at once

Weight class and age division hold throughout the draw, and the bracket cannot be built around a competitor who has not certified a weight.

Seed, generate and assign bouts to mats and bout order in one pass — a six-mat morning is one schedule, not six.

A public page for every club, competitor and event

Every club gets a page worth linking to — roster, rank and bout record — and so does every competitor and every event you run.

Rank stays per discipline, so a kyu grade, a poom and a belt with stripes are never flattened into one shared ladder on the way out to the public side.

Records, clearances and the report that proves it

One record per competitor, carrying weigh-in certification alongside medical and insurance, with medical suspensions after a stoppage held on the same record.

Clearance is visible before a bracket is drawn, and the program-wide view shows how many are clear, how many lapse this month, and which clubs are behind.

Frequently asked questions

Which sports does this cover?

Wrestling, judo, karate, taekwondo, boxing, MMA and jiu-jitsu. They are on one page because they are run the same way — make weight, prove clearance, compete in a bracket, carry the result — not because the differences are ignored. Each keeps its own divisions and its own rank system.

Our sport grades competitors differently. Does that work?

Yes. Rank is per-discipline, not one shared ladder: kyu and dan for judo and karate, poom and dan for taekwondo, belt and stripes for jiu-jitsu. Wrestling, boxing and MMA have no grade, so those records carry class and amateur or professional standing instead.

How does BigLeagueX handle weight certification?

Weigh-ins are logged before the event and tied to the competitor's entry, so a tournament director can confirm weight class before the bracket is set. Both day-before and same-day weigh-ins are supported, since which one applies is the event's rule, not ours.

Can it enforce a medical suspension after a knockout?

Clearance status carries the rest period, and a competitor inside it shows as ineligible when an entry is attempted. The decision stays with your medical officer and sanctioning body — the record makes sure nobody enters someone by accident.

Can our room keep its own roster inside a shared platform?

Yes. Your room, dojo, gym or club is its own organization inside the combat sports platform — your roster, your access, your data — while still sharing verified records with the governing body and sanctioned events.

Does this replace our current sanctioning process?

No. BigLeagueX tracks entries, clearances and results for sanctioned events; it doesn't replace a sanctioning body's authority over those events.

Is competitor medical data secure?

Yes. Clearance records are access-controlled and encrypted, with an audit trail for who viewed or changed them.
